It offered excellant service and good food too. The stuff and the host where all friendly. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the water buses from the property to the other islands including Venice mainland as well as Beautiful area of Murano.

The location of Ca' Del Pomo Grana' Al Roman is magnificent, being close to Murano island and the Glass Museum. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. - the room was well-equipped, immaculately clean, and had a private bathroom.

The location is fantastic, being right next to a quiet and beautiful area of Murano. the staff were friendly and welcoming. - My twin room had a private safe, central heating, and coffee/tea making facilities.

I always return to this amazing place. Staff helped my old parents with a sweet attitude. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, 24-hour security, outdoor dining area, and more. Can't wait to come back for my holiday!

Super clean room with good energy to relax. Located in a very quiet area - close to everything. The host - Simo - went above and beyond to assist me at every level. Arrived late and hungry - but the greeting person prepared a brunch for us at midnight. Fantastic and kind service.

Wifi connection was poor.

The "Pros" of my stay at this hotel were quite impressive. The room I stayed in had a private entrance, which made me feel like a VIP entering my own private sanctuary. The air conditioning provided a cool refuge from the hot Venetian summer, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast was a delightful treat, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day.

The hotel provided a peaceful haven away from the busy tourist areas of Venice. The location was perfect, with easy access to water buses for exploring the surrounding islands and mainland. One of the highlights was the lovely fresh fruit and assortment of goodies provided for breakfast. It was a great way to start the day. the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with, adding to the overall positive experience.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. The coffee maker in the room was not clean and had old stale coffee in it.
